As a result, its sister company Rasmala Financial Brokerage LLC (“RFB”) commenced the process of closing down its business effective July 30, 2011.  All clients were notified to their current address on file at RFB by July 30, 2011. The last day of trading was September 15, 2011.

If you were a client of RFB and are seeing this notice for the first time, please note that:

• If you had a DFM or ADX Investor Number on file at RFB, we have transferred all of your holdings to your account at Dubai Financial Market (“DFM”) and/or at Abu Dhabi Exchange (“ADX”) and you should contact another brokerage to access these holdings by providing your Investor Number.

• If you held any Nasdaq Dubai securities (e.g., DP World), please get in touch with us urgently using the contact information below  to have the securities transferred to your account at another brokerage or to liquidate those holdings on your instruction.

• If you have not already withdrawn any cash that may be in your account, please get in touch with us urgently using the contact information below.

• If you would like to receive a statement of accounts, please send us an email to the address mentioned below.

It is urgent that you contact us at the earliest.  Otherwise, we will have to take actions that would move our debt to you (any unclaimed cash, securities or any combination of both) to an appropriate custodian whereby RFB would no longer be your point of contact.
